We specialize in soldering and welding, utilizing the latest and proven technologies. We offer flexible collaboration options, including outsourcing and subcontracting, ensuring the highest quality of service. Additionally, every task we perform undergoes strict quality control.
Soldering and welding have broad applications, but we primarily serve industries involved in automation control systems, medical equipment, special tool production, and aerospace components.

Soldering
Soldering
We offer professional soldering services for components made of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel, utilizing hard soldering technology in a tunnel furnace under a hydrogen atmosphere.
The silver solders we use most often are characterized by excellent properties, good shear strength, and resistance to acids and alkalis, enabling the joining of most metals. This technology ensures very high-quality connections and an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the weld.
We also provide hard flame soldering on semi-automatic machines, which offers very high production efficiency. To achieve the ideal effect, we offer galvanic treatment as well.
Additionally, we offer manual soldering using flux-cored solder. This technology complements traditional flux forms such as pastes, with gas mixtures like propane-oxygen, methane-oxygen, or acetylene-oxygen. The flux-cored soldering technology ensures clean soldering areas, reduced process time, and high efficiency. It has a wide operational range of 760°C to 1205°C and is used for joining brass-brass, steel-steel, steel-copper, copper-copper, steel-brass, and copper-brass.

Welding
Welding
We offer welding of stainless steel components using microplasma welding in an argon and hydrogen shield, ensuring the highest quality welds.
This technique allows for welding materials ranging from 3 to 15 mm with a good fusion profile and minimal distortion after welding.
An additional advantage is the speed of the welding process and the durability of the joints created.
We also provide welding of small steel structures using TIG, MAG, and MMA methods.
